content filtering with group policy objects

In content filtering - blocked / allowed urls....is it possible to do this with a organisational policy object?
This way I can just edit one policy to add/remove things rather than maintaining identical http lists on every site.

thanks!

Not that I am aware of. If you're trying to maintain the same content filtering settings across multiple networks then a few choices that I see are:

  • Templates
  • Configuration sync (only works for non-combined networks)
  • API

No, they can't be used in content filtering.

Network Objects/Groups can be applied in the below firewall rules:

Individual and Template Networks: Layer 3 Inbound, Layer 3 Outbound, and Failover Cellular Firewall Rules

Organization-wide Site to Site VPN Outbound Firewall Rules
