anyconnect issue

Hi,

I can't make anyconnect vpn work with my remote site.

Everything is configured right. I have read on this forum that you need public IP on your WAN . Can somoene help me please, sorry but this is my first time

With the private IP on your WAN interface, the ISP device needs to have a port-forward for TCP and UDP 443 to your MX WAN IP.

Ok so each time we install MX , I need to check with ISP for Port forwarding. Is there are other work around

You should discuss  this with your isp. They maybe can assign a public ip. Or maybe you dont need to use the isp router,  depending on the connection.

Yes, use a public IP direct on the WAN interface.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

This.  Have the ISP circuit plugged directly into the MX, and not some other router first.
