According to the specs for the Z3 and the Cisco 8551 IP phone with 1 KEM that I am using, the PoE on the Z3 should power the KEM (unless I am misunderstanding what I am reading).
Just had the firmware updated and ensured the PoE port is enabled (802.3af, 15.5W) but still when the phone boots up at the end is says "Accessory Added - phone cannot power accessory"
Just for history, the phone with KEM works when actually plugged in to the WAN in the work building, but not remote with the Z3.
Any help is appreciated.
