Agreed, more so just a commentary on AI in general how it is a buzzword but still not amazingly useful (to us at least). I just tried the "Show me the Top 10 most utilized APs" and it listed them based on serial number. Who has the serial numbers memorized? The data was wrong also, I'm not sure what it was showing but it wasn't the number of connected clients to the AP listed. So then I tried "Show me the Top 10 most utilized APs by name" and it showed me the SSIDs, with "Online clients" with a seemingly random number. Not sure what it is measuring, but it wasn't the number of connected clients.
I also tried "How do I optimize/improve my current wifi?" and it just summarized some of the links in documentation. I would have expected it to analyze the data in the dashboard to show something like "devices connecting to this AP frequently reconnect, perhaps that area needs additional coverage" or "this AP has been jammed on 2.4 ghz for the past week, try adjusting the power".
These are just some basic built in things that don't seem to have been tested at all. I would have liked Cisco to do some internal testing before releasing this, as right now it doesn't really highlight any benefits.
