Could you please help me out to configure secondary meraki. Once enabled warm spare, then how could we assign lan ip in secondary meraki.

Both MXs will have the same IP address configured on the Primary,

Any configuration on Primary MX will be shared with secondary MX. You just need to configure a Wan IP on secondary.
