Video and Audio via SIP traversing our Site 2 Site connection

I have a platform that is in California that is making a SIP call to a device out in the UK. The SIP device connects but there is not audio or video that is transmitted. When I connect to this device directly, on the server that is hosting this platform via IP address, from our California location, I can log into the device and see both video and get audio. Both the California location and UK location are setup as hubs and are both MX250's. I have had the manufacture of the device and the manufacture of the platform both say it is a network issue but I can't see to find the issue and there is nothing on the firewall that would be blocking. I saw in another post that someone had to create a static route to allow their Z3 and MX68 work, but with both firewalls being set as hubs, I don't think I would need to create those routes as all hubs are connected with all other hubs and that call is being made from the platform from inside of the network so it should be able to find the route back. I do see incomplete data on both conversations but not sure where the fault is at. Can someone take a look and see if they see something that I don't, please and thank you.Packet capture between platform 10.129.6.10 and device 10.150.6.17 (from platform to device)Packet capture between platform 10.129.6.10 and device 10.150.6.17 (from platform to device)Packet capture between platform 10.129.6.10 and device 10.150.6.17 (from device to platform)Packet capture between platform 10.129.6.10 and device 10.150.6.17 (from device to platform)

No audio is definitely a routing issue. There’s no RTP stream in your logs also which is the voice/audio stream

So then I would have to create a static route that would allow audio and video to pass over AutoVPN? I figured it would be done automatically since they were both hubs.

hi @TroyV , can you ping from one voice vlan to another between sites?

Yeah, without any issue.

Getting noticed

I can't quite tell what I'm seeing there. TCP 443 is HTTPS, I'd have expected to see udp/tcp 5060 or 5061 for SIP, or whatever you changed it to.

But if you're not getting audio somewhere, it's either a routing issue (unlikey over autovpn) or firewall rules blocking traffic perhaps?
