VPN issue again with Windows

HI

Me and my coworker have an issue to connect with the vpn windows again. I tried to diffrent meraki and im not able to do a VPN connection  

(windows10) x64 family  21H1

I have error code 720 in my event viewer.

I tried with an other PC and it work well...  (Windows 10 Entreprise)

I suspect windows update again.

Somebody have the same issue or fix for that

Now Im able to connect in VPN with one user exemple test@test.ca 

I created a new connection  on the same PC for test2@test.ca this one is not working in my even viewer error 628

there is a know issue for that. Not able to connect two diffents user on the same PC windows ?
