VPN issue again with Windows

HI Me and my coworker have an issue to connect with the vpn windows again. I tried to diffrent meraki and im not able to do a VPN connection   (windows10) x64 family  21H1   I have error code 720 in my event viewer.     I tried with an other PC and it work well...  (Windows 10 Entreprise)   I suspect windows update again.
