Uplink with 100% loss

Dear comunity i have an issue with an MX-84 int hte summary reports show both uplinks with 100% loss for last 3 months.

i want to know, what can i do for get an real report from the uplinks like 4 mounts ago, or if is some bug

The uplinks are down and cannot see the internet, do you believe otherwise?

So if the MX are actually up and running, then the issue might be simple.

Go to Security & SD-WAN > SD-WAN & Traffic Shaping > Uplink statistics and add a new destination

Change it from Google to something else that you know you can reach. Change the default to the new one and uplink status should reflect that.

I had an MX once sitting behind another firewall that was blocking Google DNS, so it was showing 100% down even though it wasn't. Had to add in 1.1.1.1 instead

@nverdugo If Nolans suggestion doesn't work and its not running on a cellular connection as suggested I would open a support case as there it not much more help the forums can provide on this particular issue.

I'm guessing your MX is running on a cellular data connection?
