Hello community,

I've connected an MG21 to an MS, this one can see the cloud and I've it on the meraki dashboard.

Then I've connected the Internet port of the MX to the MS, but the meraki cannot have Internet and cannot be connected to the dashboard. There is any configuration that I should add?

What color  has the mx led?

Did mx get a ip from the mg? You can see this at the mg dhcp  leases.

 The mg and mx are connected to the same switch vlan?

If it does not connect try a factory  reset at the mx

Yes the MX and the MG are in the same vlan.

I cannot check if the MX has an IP address or not because I cannot see it in Meraki dashboard, and I have a problem to connect to the MX via the management interface.

What model MX is this?

Is the MX new out of the box?

You may want to do a factory reset on it just to ensure the WAN is set to DHCP.
