Unable to browse to mx

When I put my gateway in a browser window the screen does not completely paint.  I see a grey screen with the meraki logo in the upper left corner but the rest of the screen is blank.

 

Is this a known issue?

Is this a brand new Meraki device not yet fetch a config?  Or an existing Meraki device that's already connected to the Dashboard?

From the dashboard you can check Network-Wide > Configure > General for the Device configuration settings that enables/disables local access.

I am not aware of that issue, but I would first upgrade to a current stable or better firmware release.
