Umbrella address on MX64

Hi Team

 

I am struggling to change the DNS address for my uplink, i use a dynamic IP address from my ISP.

please check attached

I‘m not sure I fully understand. Are you simply trying to configure the dynamic hostname, or do you want to add your MX as a Network in Umbrella?

Hi,

 

You can change the DHCP option for all your client devices behind this MX to have Umbrella DNS.

 

MX DNS setting will only affect the management traffic to Meraki.

I have already done this, or should i use the actual IP addresses?

Did you already set up your network within Umbrella?
Or are you talking about clicking on the pencil icon and changing your DNS to the publicly known OpenDNS IP Addresses?
