Hello,
since some weeks we encounter periods of time (mostly about 8-12 hours), where no users at all or only a few users are able to login with AnyConnect VPN. The users get the error message "Authentication failure" and that is all we see in the Event log msg: Peer IP=a.b.c.d Peer port[62181] AAA[293]: AAA authenticate failed retval=7 - Authentication failure.
Out Authentication method is Meraki Cloud Authentication.
The Firmware is 16.16.6 (we updated from 16.16. but no change).
Any hints?
