SSL VPN Client

I will be moving to Meraki MX firewalls for VPN services this year and was wondering what are the benefits would be of utilizing a paid VPN client like AnyConnect. If all my users are utilizing is SSL VPN that can work across any type of free product or even built in Windows VPN services. Would also be utilizing split tunneling and multi factor authentication with duo authenticator etc to verify credentials.

Quite a lot of VPN clients (especially the free ones) on the market are just a PITA. AnyConnect just works as expected. Especially on the MX, it is the only Remote-Access VPN that gives you a tight control of the user-access-rights.

You do get a more granular control with AnyConnect settings in your dashboard.

AnyConnect is OS agnostic and will work exceedingly better than your OS native client.

Anyconnect does not work with all MX's, make sure you check into it before buying.
We were told the MX-64 would have Anyconnect but now it seems not to be.
