SD-WAN traffic stream identification and protocols used

From SD-WAN Meraki litterature, if there are rules defined for traffic streams, every traffic streams has to have an assigned primary interface. The traffic stream has to be identified by either using pre-defined traffic classes or by defining a new one on top of TCP, UDP, ICMP or for any IP protocol (no IP protocol selection is possible), in order to define and configure for the Traffic streams, the performance based routing policies.

My question is on the protocol type that can be used to define  here from the dashboard:

Can we also use the ARP and RARP protocols? or is that part of the "any protocol" possibility as stated in the brochure, please?

ARP and RARP are layer 2 protocols, What's your usecases for ARP/RARP over SD-WAN overlay?
