RBC Express URL is not working

 

I am writing to report a recurring issue we are experiencing with the RBC Express URL(https://www6.rbc.com/webapp/ukv0/signin/logon.xhtml?lang=en). Every morning, the URL is not accessible, but it starts working fine in the afternoon. I have thoroughly investigated the issue and added the URL to the allow list of our content filtering system, but this has not resolved the problem.

Interestingly, when I use my home Wi-Fi, the URL works without any issues. This problem is affecting all our users, and I am wondering if anyone else is facing the same issue or if there might be a solution we haven’t considered yet.

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ,

 

What are the errors on the client ? DNS name not resolved , timeout ?

 

Do you have L3 firewall rules with FQDN ? IPs ? Allow any any ?

See the below error. No, I don't have any L3 with FQDN, But I do have Layer 7 Rules.

Update, It's is working now. I will update tomorrow.
