Question about the license trial expiration notification

Hi,

Hoping to get some guidance about the 'Trial expiration' as underlined in the screenshot below from our organization portal. It is nearing its deadline of 14 days from now.

The following is the only number of devices present:

We received the quote below  and would like to ask for your expertise to verify  if the quote below addresses the 'Trial expiration' above. Our understanding is that we will need access to the portal to manage the existing devices and not on the actual devices.

Thanks so much for your time!

Hi @Gomugomuno , the quote will cover the 252 Systems Manager licences that you’re running a trial with.

You do require the licences and Portal/Dashboard to manage the  devices that have the SM software deployed to.

Thank you! We were trying to understand where the 252 trials came from.

We don't require Mobile Devices Management from Meraki. Instead, we  just need our Wireless Access Points to run. In terms of mobile devices, we have Intune to manage these devices and we don't need Meraki to do it. With this, do we just let the Systems Manager to expire and it will not impact the running of Wireless Access points?

Thanks!

@Gomugomuno the dashboard certainly thinks that you have 202 devices registered, if you go to the Systems Manager page, do you see your devices and are they showing recent activity?

In terms of affecting the access points, I think you would be fine as normally any issue would set the whole organisation status to warning with less than 30 days left and yours is still OK/Green.  I would however log a ticket with support to be 100% sure.
