Problem reaching a Local Loop VPN target

My network is as per the diagram below. I intend to replace the LAN Gateway with the Meraki MX64. I configured the same IP's on the new Meraki.

The Internet is properly reached while I cannot reach the Local Loop MPLS VPN target (Branch 2) !!!! knowing that I did not configure any kind of VPN's on the Meraki device.

Does branch2 knows the route to 10.10.10.2?

I don't see the point in the 10.10.10.1 router.

Plug the branch2 MPLS circuit directly into the MX on a VLAN interface, and the ADSL router into the MX WAN interface.

It is supplied by the service provided preconfigured for the MPLS. Can't be removed....
