Printers don't autodiscover windows and MAC

We are trying to make it so when trying to add a printer it auto-discovers the printer and they can click it to connect rather than putting in an IP address and finding the correct driver. When trying to do this it shows the shared printers from our domain controller but nothing else. Has anyone ran into this issue before, I even went into L3 and setup the top 2 rules to allow communication between our Printer VLAN and everything else and has not fixed it either. We can connect via IP address and it will work but we are trying to make it so users can add it automatically when roaming from campus to campus. This is the same on both Windows and macOS

I'm going to assume you are using an MX to do the routing between your VLANs because of the area you have posted this in.

I don't know the answer, but I suspect if you configure mDNS forwarding printer discovery will work.
