Postman/API tutorial to update default recipients in every network?

I want to change the default recipients of alerts for all networks in my Meraki dashboard. I believe this is possible using the API and Postman. But I have no idea where to start with this. Is there a tutorial video or other that would walk me through this kind of operation? Thank you.
