Hello,
I am new to Cisco Meraki firewall.
I am deploying a new network and in order to do that, I have created a new VLAN, what I am trying to achieve is to, assign that IP to a new resources that are coming to the network like Brand New Dell Servers.
I have created a VLAN for Server, what will be my next step. Please assist.

I don't know if I understand very well what you want, are you talking about DHCP?
Meraki is like any other network equipment, in fact even simpler and the logic is the same.
If it's about DHCP you can check these documents.
You can also find topology examples in the documentation.

Configuring a port and connecting the server to the MX would be a good start.
