trying to figure out why getting NAT type unfriendly on t-mobile connection.
Thanks in advance for your help.
There's a good chance your mobile data carrier is using CG-NAT. Does it cause you practical difficulties - e.g. trouble forming AutoVN tunnels? If so, look to configure manual NAT traversal on your destination Hub MX.

Adding to what @GreenMan said, you can verify if you're behing CG-NAT by checking your IP address provided by the carrier.
CG-NAT 'public' IP addresses will be in the range of 100.64.0.0 to 100.127.255.255
Hi,
you can also check if your carrier provides another APN that‘s not behind a CG-NAT and change your cellular gateway to it.
This way you don‘t need to configure any manual NAT traversal rules.
