I did the port forwarding settings for both Meraki as well as Internet router also.
But still I am getting VPN as NAT Type Unfriendly.
Your using the wrong IP for the Manual port forwarding. You have in place your internal IP for the MX. You need to use the external (WAN IP) for it, which from your screen shot I believe is the 188.x.x.x number (you should probably hide this information as well).
