My Meraki order number ????

I have been locked out of my Meraki MX105 which was purchased with an internet upgrade through Lumen.

I received a notification on my Meraki that said to disable 2FA as they were discontinuing it. I did not disable it in time so now I am locked out. Meraki tech on a support case gave me a list of stuff I needed to get back in. I supplied him with all of that. The only thing left was he said I needed the internal Meraki order number. None of the order numbers I supplied them worked. Meraki support said those are Lumens numbers. I asked Lumen about it and they can not find this internal order number the Meraki tech keeps saying I need. I am stuck any ideas on how to find this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

To be honest I think you are between a rock and a hard place, I doubt there is much a community member can do to help although there might be a Meraki employee floating around that might be able to help.

Doesn't it offer an option to use email MFA?

Tell Lumen you need the Cisco order number.  For me, they are usually a 9-digit number.  Lumen needs to contact the internal department that places orders with Cisco to get this number.

Also, when the order ships, an email is sent from notificationsapp_prd@cisco.com (have Lumen ordering look for this).  Sometimes customers get these as well.  This is an example of what I receive.
