Unfortunately this is one of the biggest issues with Meraki. Order numbers are normally tied to a partner etc.
If you're using Meraki or a customer using Meraki from a previous partner (Who purchased the kit) you're in this predicament.
Rule 1 - Always configure 2 admins per org for worst case issues like this.
That being said, I don't know how they can't help you if you have a org admin configured in the same org that is using your email address (Meraki can just email you from it to confirm).
Surely you can take a picture of the Meraki hardware and it has it's serial/MAC and send it to them via the email address you have as an Org admin in the respective meraki org?
