Meraki MX 67 Client VPN Not Working

I have Meraki MX67, I have configured MX 67 and interner is workig fine, My query is 

Is it require wan ip ping from out site for the client VPN configuration ?

No, it is not a requirement for the WAN IP to be pingable. It just has to be reachable on the required ports for VPN.

Maybe your mx is behind nat. Take a look at the troubleshooting guide for most common issues

The outside world will need to get to udp/500 and udp/4500 on your MX WAN IP.
