Hi,

I have one Meraki MR33 . When am trying to add in my dash board its saying already in use.

Is there any possibility to check device connected with which organization or dash board

Hi @Minzy , where did you buy the AP from? You need to go back to the seller and request that the device be removed from their Network/Organization.

Meraki support won’t be able to help you in this instance.
