Meraki 1:1 NAT Inbound NAT Port Range Not Working

I configured an inbound 1:1 NAT with a port range that is not working.  The single port entries such as port 80 and 443 are working but the range is not.  Is the syntax separated with a dash correct?

Yes, the syntax is correct:

Have you done a capture on the WAN-port to see if the packets are really coming?

Thank you for the documentation post and verifying syntax.  I proved that the NAT is working with a packet capture on the public side of the firewall and a server side Wireshark capture.  Traffic ic making it to the server through the firewall.  I do not believe the server application on port 9000 is listening so I'm working with the app developer on that.

Thank you so much for your help!!
