Thank you for the documentation post and verifying syntax.  I proved that the NAT is working with a packet capture on the public side of the firewall and a server side Wireshark capture.  Traffic ic making it to the server through the firewall.  I do not believe the server application on port 9000 is listening so I'm working with the app developer on that.   Thank you so much for your help!!   ...
