Maintenance mode

Hello, is there a way to place an entire Meraki network in maintenance mode so that it can go offline while under development? I am adding a number of new networks and devices (claiming). While configuring the networks, they would enter a maintenance mode (offline) similar to VMware. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

In other words, there is no such function.

If you prepared to use the API you can use "Action Batches".  This lets you group a set of changes together, and either all of them happen or none of them happen.
