MX84 17.10.4 Cannot Reach HTTP

Hi all,


I have some issue, that under my current MX84 that using MX 17.10.4 firmware coluldn't reach any http web domain. 

It's confusing since i didn't apply any content filtering/firewall setting to http domain.


Could anyone share some thoughts? Did I need to upgrade to the  MX 18.107 ?

Getting noticed

There is a known bug that was resolved in 17.10.5 where this can happen if you have Web Cache enabled in the SD-WAN settings for your MX.

is that means, the higher version than 17.10.5, such as 18.10.6 or 18.10.7 will resolve it too ? or only will resolve on 17.10.5 ?

we have already disable web cache as TAC suggestion, but it didn't resolve
