MX68( WAN1 AND WAN2 Connection)

Hello Guys,

I have MX68  and I have two ISP I want to migrate to the WAN 1 and WAN 2. I'm using WAN 2 to connect one of the ISP with a Static IP. I want to connect Starlink to WAN 1. Please I need best practices and steps to configure the WAN 1 and WAN 2 to be in an active state and share Traffic that will be spread across both uplinks.

Looking forward to your resposes.

Emma

Go to sd-wan & traffic shaping

Set the correct bandwidth for wan1 and wan2

Enable load balanacing.

If your using vpn,  set vpn to active active

@ww Thank you so much for the response. Please can you explin more how you mean by " Set the correct bandwidth for wan1 and wan2"?. Presently my WAN 2 allocated 8Mbps bandwidth for download. So I will appreciate more guidance on this. Thank you

I would not do load balancing with Starlink and another circuit that is only 8Mb/s.  That ratio is a bit extreme.

I'd use Starlink as a primary, and the 8Mb/s circuit as a backup.
