MX68 Rebooting?

A few weeks ago, we disabled our perimeter firewall rules that allow our MX68 to communicate with the Meraki dashboard. This was done intentionally as part of planned maintenance. We have left the rules disabled.

However, it appears that the MX68 is rebooting periodically. I can't confirm this yet because I'm remote, but would the MX68 do some "panic" and reboot if it was unable to communicate with the dashboard?
