@DarrenOC is correct! MAC binding, also known as IP-MAC binding, is a networking feature that associates a specific IP address with a host's MAC address.

 

In Meraki Dashboard, DHCP settings, We call it "Fixed IP assignment".

 

Different Vendors have different names for the same feature. E.g.: Windows DHCP calls it DHCP Reservation.
