MX65W LED is constantly flahing white

The light on the MX65W constantly flashes white, even though it has the latest firmware. Even if i unplug the network cable, it still flashes white. All the other MX devices have a solid white light when stable. The device appears to be working fine otherwise. Has anyone ever seen this? I'm wondering if there is a hardware issue.

If you go to the local status page, does it say there is an upgrade in progress?

Yes. "The device is currently upgrading its software. Upgrade 25% complete."

It is on the latest firmware.

I tried a hard reset and it still does the same thing.

Open a support case. That's why it's flashing - it's trying to update the firmware. The Dashboard firmware status changes immediately after an update - it's not accurate to what the device is actually doing.

Meraki support issued an RMA for the device.
