MX65W Cellular Failover

Updated the MX65w with the 15.42.1 firmware and now my AT&T USB800 modem can not be detected by the MX appliance. Also AT&T stop selling the Velocity usb stick that actually work on the mx appliance and replace it with the USB800 stick.

@TTaylor Well AT&T USB800 is not supported as per the sheet. May be reach out to your Meraki Account manager for this to understand more.

The USB sticks are becoming problematic in many countries.  I try to use the cellular gateways now.
