MX Templates and Traffic Shaping

Is it possible to configure templates for MX firewalls and also have the ability to add traffic shaping configuration on the MX firewall it self.
Within the templates we have devices which connected to locations with different bandwidth and Traffic Shaping/QoS needs. This is the reason to have different traffic shaping configuration for the locations MX Firewalls within the templates.

Thanks,

When a network is bound to a configuration template you can only configure uplink traffic shaping on a "per network" basis. You can't configure traffic shaping of individual traffic types per network - only in the overall template which affects all sites.

They pushed an MX template enhancement last week that allows child MX networks' uplink bandwidth sliders to override the template uplink settings. This unlocks the ability to optimize the WAN bandwidth settings on a per-site basis.

That might solve most of your issue.

Hello,

I already tested this API but on network bound with a template is not working.

Do you know which API  must be used on network bound with a template to give the Traffic shaping values?

The option I was looking for, is for the configuration of traffic shaping of individual traffic types per network. Not only the uplink traffic shaping.
