MX SFP information

Dear community,

How do I find out the information (model, type, ...) of an SFP in an MX port?
I can't find anything in the dashboard or on the API page.

Thanks 🙂

MX's are pretty limited in what port information you can find from the dashboard. For example, you also cannot see the CDP/LLDP information of what's connected on a port.

I vaguely remember a local status page showing the SFP type but I don't remember if that was an MX or a switch.

This is all I see on the local status page:

As @Inderdeep links to, there was a page for a few days that showed this, but it was pulled due to some inconsistencies in the port mapping.  That was at least a couple of years ago and it has never returned which is a travesty as it limits the MXs usefulness significantly.
