A client has a MX-64 with 4 Meraki APs.
The router is setup with 3 VLANS that I see on the router dashboard.
default 192.168.1.1 /24
Office 192.168.128.1 /24
Public 192.168.254.1 /24
The 24-port switch is a Adtran provided by the ISP. I do not have access to the switch nor can I get a running config from the ISP.
It was mentioned that the person that setup the MX-64 also did not have access to the Adtran switch.
The Adtran switch (which is POE) has all phones, computers, access points, and printers attached. The Adtran switch will be removed from the network and will be replaced with a non-Meraki switch. The Meraki router and access points will stay.
I don't often work with Meraki. Normally the VLANs are tagged at the switched. Is this the case? Or does the Meraki router handle this differently and treats the Adtran as a flat network switch?
Thanks for the help,
Darryl
