Loss of VPN connection when changing Firewall rules

Recently we noticed that every change we make in the Firewall rules to the VPN drop on our Linux and MAC machines, this does not happen on Windows machines. We have the MX100.

Has anyone faced this problem and is there a way to solve it?

I would recommend opening a case with Meraki's support as it may need troubleshooting to diagnose the source of the issue.
