Hello Team,
We have devices connected on the MX and it shows in the client list as active, when you click the device for more details, I don't see the port where the device is connected on the MX. Is there a way to check this remotely without engaging the property staff to check physically? We are tasked to create a port map for our sites, locate which switch and ports they are terminated but for those connected directly to the MX - we cant see a specific port, we know it goes to MX but that's it.
Any idea?
