Local status Page is not accessible through serial number

Hi All,

We are facing issues to access one of our core switch(MS350) through Local status page., same switch was connected to the dasboard before and added to our exsisting network.

I doubt once the device is added the Network can't we access same device through Local statu page to do some changes when we are not seing in dashboard ?

need your advice on this toipc please

This can be disabled on the dashboard which i suspect has happened in your scenario.

In your dashboard go to Network-Wide> General> device Configuration. What do you have set there?

Hi @hianilz , you’ll need to use the credentials you can see and also enable access.  You don’t have to remove the device from the network
