Limit download file size per user

We want to limit that a particular user or group of users or all users so that they can only download upto 100 Mb file if exceeded we want restrictions to be put and the user cannot download anymore files. Is it possible with MX64?

This shall not be possible with MX64.

You may achieve this with help of Cisco ISE / Radius Server integration.
