Meraki's quarterly is coming up again in about 12 hours, on July 12 at 9am (Pacific Time)

When can we expect BGP to be released as a feature to all Meraki MX router?

It seems that the BETA form is closed for new members. So are they any other way to get access to this?

I don't think this is the case. Update your MX to 14.x and call support they will turn it on.
