Is it possible to configure warm spares with different model MX (s)?

Is it possible to configure one MX100 as the primary for the site and then a MX64 as the secondary in a warm spare configuration?

nope. (but when using two security appliances  in a warm spare/HA configuration licensing is only required for one of the two devices. )
