How to obtain Meraki technical support

I would like to ask why the page where I am seeking support cannot be submitted. The button in the bottom right corner is gray and cannot be clicked.

You should see a Google reCaptcha widget, which looks missing on your screenshot.

This needs to be validated/completed for the "Submit Case" button to become active. Try disabling any AdBlock plugins you have on your browser.

This is often due to browser issues, temporary network problems, or extensions interfering with the process. Try another browser (possibly incognito mode) - to verify if this behavior is across different browsers. If you see this across different browsers, try using another ISP connection (or phone hotspot) for comparison.
