How to exchange the license of an old Meraki for a new Meraki

Good afternoon, I come through this, to ask for help, I would like to change the license of my old Meraki MX64 equipment (it is presenting several problems), for a new MX64.

Just remove the device from the network and add the New one.

 In case of pdl you can remove or assign the license under org>license info
