Help with standalone switch

So I have a MX84 pair and MS225 switches- I have 4 of them in a stack in one room, and then in the back room I have a single standalone switch.

I have internet connections going through the switches first then uplinking to each MX- and I have a redundant connection from the switch stack.

Now when I add SW05- it is uplinked currently only to FW1 in the diagram. How is the correct way to link it to FW1 and FW2 so it works in a high availability scenario?

MX Warm Spare - High-Availability Pair would be the recommended setup/configuration.

You might use the search bar at the top of this page and search for breakout switch which is what looks like you are attempting to achieve.  There are several examples for you to consider.

Seems like the answer is in there but just curious on how speciflcally to wire SW5 as a standalone switch into the MX firewall pair

Or do I need two switches minimum to be able to uplink them into a HA pair?

Can you uplink it to SW1 and SW2?  You are much less likely to experience spanning tree issues then (aka unplanned outages).
