Guest Account

Does anyone know how I can create a guest account? Where they can view certain sections of the Meraki dashboard?

The question really depends on what this "guest" account needs access to in the dashboard and your intentions around the account.

Traditionally, any user created to access the Meraki dashboard is some sort of Administrator.

Access can be limited to specific networks or full organisation.

Permissions can be read-only or full Administrator.

You can do all this from the Organization -> Administrators page.

There is an early access for RBAC now which provides more granular controls

The intention is that they can only monitor the links of the sites with MX devices, without being able to make any configurations on the MS and MR devices, preferably only being able to view the Security & SDWAN - Appliance Status menu.

Make them a read-only user.

You could also check out the new RBAC feature.
