Grouping Destination

Is there's a way to create a Group for all Destination ( Domain name instead of IP address ) and choose the Flow Preference (WAN 1 or WAN 2) for MX Security device?

If you're talking about Internet Flow Preference then you should be able to use 'any' as a destination to include all destinations.
